I love giving a critical role to light in my photography as it enables me to stay close to the original picture.
This photograph was taken in a hotel in Jerusalem, where it rarely rains, but the game of reflections gave the impression I was flying over a sky of raining and falling hearts.
The illumination of the various chandeliers created a feeling that light was claiming, fighting, and conquering its existence while shining bright like the beautiful stars that usually fill the endless sky.
