“The Hiding Waitress” is one of my favorite pictures. Although the waitress hides behind beautiful flowers, one can easily imagine her effort to make guests feel at home away from home.

People tend to forget that the staff is the key to the success of a hotel. Many persons working in the hotel industry are neglected. Even if they represent the true treasure of the crown they are working for.
